Exchange & Return Policy!
Overview
Oud attar and perfumes are highly sensitive to environmental conditions, and once opened, they can be easily compromised. To maintain the purity and authenticity of our products, we cannot accept returns however exchange can be done with the following term and conditions!
Exchange Option:
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer an exchange option. Please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
Reason: We understand that errors can occur during shipping, and your satisfaction is our priority. Offering an exchange allows us to rectify any issues promptly.
Trasnportation Costs:
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all transportation costs, including the return of the original item to our facility and the shipping of the replacement item.
Reason: To keep our products affordable and accessible, we are unable to cover the costs associated with returns and exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Exchange Eligibility:
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
Reason: Maintaining product integrity is essential to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality oud attar and perfumes.
Refund Exceptions:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except for instances where the product is proven to be defective or if there has been a shipping error on our part.
Reason: Perfumes and attars are personal items, and their nature makes it impossible to resell returned products. We aim to provide the best customer experience by delivering exceptional products.
